This is the modern Mercedes Benz logo as your 3G/EDGE Network icon. The reason for adding EDGE was for the T-Mobile users who wish to have this as well. Simply install through Cydia, then open Winterboard and select the theme "Mercedes 3G". Drag it to the top of the list, and respring.
